It was quiet. I like that it was off the main strip but on the Trolly route for those who wished to use it. The staff were very friendly. The hot breakfast was good, but there could have been a few more options of available foods or different foods each day.

It was concient to Gatlinburg. The price we paid was decent. The fact that we had a balcony next to the creek was nice. Maintenance came quickly to fix the TV and they hushed the noise problem quickly.

The view was excellent, the hotel has a very beautiful landscape. I love the bench swings it offers, as well as the outside grills. The hot breakfast they served was very tasty. They offered a selection of pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes, biscuits, and gravy. I also liked that it was offered until 11 AM. However, the awesome perk of our stay, I would say, was that my friends and I got to see a bear from our balcony, and the sound of the river was very peaceful and serene.
